QuestionI am looking for a replacement for my Black and Decker Dust Buster. Dry Corded 3-in-1 Stick Vacuum looks good. What does Dry Corded mean? Is the filter replaceable? What are the 3-in-1 features?

- Answer It has a cord that must be plugged in. Filter is replaceable, extra filter must be purchased. Dry means it does not do wet mopping or cleaning.
