“Is there a powered rotating brush in the attachment?”

• Yes there is a Rotating Brush and it works well. Rotating rubber brush does not operate when you extend the piece it is attached to. I never have found a need to extend it.

• yes. You do need to hold it at the right angle for it to suction to rug and work but it is amazing!!
