Q: What accessories are included.How long a charge takes& lasts?
A: As for accessories, I didn't really have any other than the charging cord. It arrived partially charged, and worked great. I plugged it in and it took a few hours to fully charge 3 bars. It hasn't been charged in a few weeks for me. I use it once or twice a week to clean the cat hair off my couch. It has worked well so far and I only use the low or first setting on mine to clean.
A: This picks up pretty well and isn't too noisy; not any nosier than any other vacuum.
Q: Does this vacuum have enough suction to pick up cat litter?
A: Yes! Cat litter and cat food! It works great for hair on fabric too. My 4 cats approve.

Q: Is there a powered rotating brush in the attachment?
A: Yes there is a Rotating Brush and it works well. Rotating rubber brush does not operate when you extend the piece it is attached to. I never have found a need to extend it.
