Spoiler alert! …see the movie and you’ll realize what a big part of the movie Talokan is.

It refers to the people that Namor represents. Those are his people the Talokans. There's 2 different cases one for him and the others for the wakanda people.

It's the name of the underwater kingdom that Namor is ruler of.

Talokan is the name of the underwater civilization led by Namor the movie's antagonist.

It's Talokan and it's the place where Namor and his people live.

Talokan is the city name of the antagonist group in the movie

The artwork, for this particular SteelBook version, is a representation of the underwater kingdom of Taloka which is featured in the movie.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is introducing Talokan, Namor's kingdom, into the MCU, but Talokan does not come from the comics. In the Marvel Universe, Namor is the ruler of Atlantis. The MCU's Namor (played by Tenoch Huerta) governs Talokan, a civilization inspired by Aztec mythology.
