Yes it does. However looking at the digital movie offer included with the Blu Ray it states the redemption code must be entered by 3/31/2019. I have found the dates do not always hold true and you can sometimes get them to work after the expiration date. I hope it does not stop you from buying the movie. It is a very good watch. Enjoy!

Actually, Yes, it includes a link to the Warner Bros website and a redemption code so you can stream or download the movie.  I have not used mine yet, so I blocked out my code.

Yes, as of June 2021 the 4K blu ray also came with both a normal blu ray and the digital copy. It didn’t mention it on the packaging clearly but both were inside.
