Has it ever come apart? If it has then it’s possibly something you put in to it. Make sure to remove those O rings in the lid and base every couple of uses for deep cleaning.

We're so sorry to hear your BlendJet from BestBuy seems to be giving you a difficult time but we're here to help. Sometimes this can happen if it's put on a bit too tightly, or the threads don’t line up quite right. If you run the part that is stuck under a bit of hot water and then lightly tap it against your counter that should help loosen things up enough so you can take the jar off.
