What is the warranty on this null

This is not the same blender as you can buy from Blendtec site--though it has the same model number. This version only has a 1-year warranty, and I've tried more than a dozen times to register it on Blendtec site, but it keeps being rejected. Blendtec, so far, has been unreachable at their given phone number--their phone number is stuck in a "we are closed for the holiday" mode.
