Do they continuously record? null

You would generally set the cameras to shut off a desired amount of time after motion stops. I don't think the cameras can be setup to run continuously. That's the whole point of motion activation. Your storage would fill up in a short amount of time.

The Blink cameras when armed record clips based on motion detection only, the Blink cameras do not offer continuous recording though you can leave the system armed for motion detection for any interval of time.
