Does this come with the sync module? null

Mine did not I had to call Best Buy. (19 Minutes ) i’m not even sure the representative understood what I was asking. They are sending a replacement order but mine was completely missing the module no receipt I know society has crumbled lately but places like Best Buy typically can get things right I don’t know I’m losing faith in even little things lately.
