• If you don't want to use the AA batteries you can power the cameras via USB if you would like.

• It comes with AA batteries that they claim will go 2 years if you maximize the settings.

• The Blink cameras themselves are battery operated however the sync module needed to operate the cameras would need to be plugged into a normal wall outlet at all times and within 100ft of the connected cameras.

• It does not, solely butteries. The main connection box does require a plug or usb plug in
