Could this be used as a baby monitor? null

The Blink cameras record clips based on motion detection only, you are also able to access the live view at anytime and can record your live view sessions on the XT2 camera, however, this said Blink is not a certified Baby Monitor.

I would say yes. You have to sit the camera on a shelf or mount it to something with the right angle. You can also listen & talk to your baby. Great picture. Record video movement & it saves to the cloud (no cost).
