Doesn't this phone with a att mvno null

if you mean to ask if it works with a Mobile Virtual Network Operator, yes, it should, as I use it for one on T-Mobile network... However, I'd STRONGLY recommend against any/all BLU phones as they seem to DUMP data through a backdoor through Android OS. I have no other ideas as to what else could consume so much data.
