Probably, especially if your Consumer Cellular service uses T-Mobile cell towers. AT&T has "whitelisted" a lot of GSM-unlocked phones made outside of the USA, so I've heard conflicting information on whether or not this phone will work on AT&T-based MVNOs. Check with Consumer Cellular directly to confirm that this phone will work with your current Consumer Cellular sim card.
