I have service with Sprint can I use this phone ? null

No, it does not! I bought it at Bestbuy and they want $45.00 for returning. Bunch of BS!

Now that Sprint has merged with T Mobile, it should work on the new Sprint/T Mobile network. Check with Sprint to see if they are now using T Mobile's network. If so, yes, it will work.
