A:Answer Personally, I would use AT&T Mexico. I have used Telcel and the others, and BY FAR, att&T Mexico prepaid is the way to go. I'm not sure of other places, but you can pick up a sim at Electra stores. The rates are much better, and you can recharge obline, at OXXO, or 7-11. PLUS, I use mine in Mexico, AND accross the US. it automatically roams on the US AT&T network. You can also call across Mexico, and the US (wile in Mexico, you just have to add the 001 before the number).
