“Is it normal to order a V7 and receive a G6 in a V7 box?”

• I think it might actually be.. but I'm curious also. Both blu phones I've gotten have been line that.. I bought I "v6" but the phone itself was a 'g5" And when i bought the "v7", the phone itself says it's a "g6" on the phone info settings.

• Check the box for a label that shows model #, serial #, etc. See if they match. It is a common form of shoplifting for people to replace an item with a similar, but less value, item.
