A:AnswerThe battery lasted a day or so at first. Now 3 months later it only lasts a partial day. But today the phone has stopped accepting the charge, (battery no longer charging). This is the 2nd Blu v7 that I've had. The first one did not take a charge from the beginning of setting it up. Now 3 months later the brand new replacement phone has stopped charging!
A:AnswerI think it might actually be.. but I'm curious also. Both blu phones I've gotten have been line that.. I bought I "v6" but the phone itself was a 'g5" And when i bought the "v7", the phone itself says it's a "g6" on the phone info settings.
A:AnswerYes. Battery comes uninstalled, and so can be replaced later. Phone is difficult to figure out how to remove the back cover (to install the sim + battery). You must (from the front of the phone) pry away the back cover by its front edge starting from one corner, then pop it off from there.
A:AnswerThe phone came with the standard array of Google apps, the major browsers, facebook, two Blu specific apps, and some other standard apps. Compared to other phones I bought in the past, this one was relatively lite on the preinstalled junk apps. It still had some, but I cleared the main screen and made it my own within minutes.
A:AnswerOn the bottom right corner this is a little notch. Use a penny, flat head screwdriver or the poking tool from an older phone to stick it in there and twist a bit and the back with come off. The screwdriver may cause the edge to be a little rough after but doesn't really affect the phone.
A:AnswerI use it with att. Works fine. Has mobile hotspot capability though I did not use that feature. You can get a sim card from any att store for it.
A:AnswerYeah my battery was shot before even a year was up. I had to contact the manufacturer Blu via their website and they followed up with me via email. I sent them my purchase reciept and they shipped me a new battery. There must have been a battery defect but the new battery worked good, that's what I'm still using now. Purchased 10/2019.
