Q: QuestionHas anyone had this problem? My phone is shutting off with out notice. When I restart it show battery time left. Then it shuts down again. What is the problem?

• A:Answer Yes, this phone is a rip-off the battery gets bad and cant find a replacement anywhere. I bought 3 phones for the family, same thing happen to all right after 1 year, so I can not even asked for the warranty.

• A:Answer Yes, it absolutely works with Safelink. I had a flip phone that was difficult for me to use, so I got the V7. Called Safelink, gave a bunch of info, bought a Sim card for 99¢, then they said to call back when it arrives. I called last night. The whole process took about 5 minutes and within 20 minutes my new V7 all set up and ready to go. Very pleased with the ease of transfer of service and very pleased with the V7.

• A:Answer Phone is same as BLU G6. BLU V7 is a Best Buy exclusive. Manual is available on BLU website although it doesn't always download. Manuals for G8 and G9 might be similar although website is unreliable for downloads.
