A:AnswerSim card pin not needed. Sim ports are within the phone, under back cover, and sims slide in and out via fingernail pull on lip of sim. To open phone to put in sim and battery, pry away the back cover from the front side at one corner and pop it off. This part is hard to figure out.

A:AnswerYou get the sim card from your cell provider's mobile store (i.e. an att store if you use att, etc.). You can use one sim - you only need 2 if you want to use 2 plans at once (i.e. 2 phone numbers), then you can have two sims, one for each plan. But you don't have to use two.
