QuestionWhat is a sound/audio like?

- Answer Direct sound at highest setting is too loud, mine is at 3/4 and I have impaired hearing. Have not used earbuds so don't know about sound levels there but might be scary at highest setting.

- Answer I have 2 SIM cards, one is T-Mobile and the other is foreign (EU) which connects to AT&T. They both work well. So dual SIM mode should handle different signals providing your phone is unlocked.

- Answer To answer your question Ms. Dani, is the answer is yes. I recently brought this BLU V7 for my mother in which she had a plan with Consumer Cellular. Again, Yes it does have a tendency to run hot. I even had to download an APP called Cool Master to delete additional back files and optimized the lowest cooling temperature for the phone to operate.

- Answer No. Screen turns on momentarily for notifications by default, though this setting can be changed under notification settings. But there is no separate notification light or led.

- Answer Sim card pin not needed. Sim ports are within the phone, under back cover, and sims slide in and out via fingernail pull on lip of sim. To open phone to put in sim and battery, pry away the back cover from the front side at one corner and pop it off. This part is hard to figure out.

QuestionI had the Blu Vivo One Plus and after more than a year's use it failed. Well OK, got this Blu V7 hoping for better performance but the Vivo 1+ was far faster than the V7. Everything I do online takes twice as long (on 4G network.) Anyone have any ideas?

- Answer You get the sim card from your cell provider's mobile store (i.e. an att store if you use att, etc.). You can use one sim - you only need 2 if you want to use 2 plans at once (i.e. 2 phone numbers), then you can have two sims, one for each plan. But you don't have to use two.

- Answer Believe me, I spent way past too much time looking for this exact solution and the only thing I honestly think is anywhere near a compatible extra case is this one, Insignia™ - Universal Hip Case for Screens up to 6" - Black Model:NS-HPCS SKU:6337095 I held off on saying this for the last three months hoping someone would find a better solution to this, yet nothing has been made to better help us V7 owners.
