• A:Answer Should snap open pull from the bottom rt corner a little below 5he glass once the corner is lose it pops off carefully with the volume button mine popped out when mine opened.

• A:Answer US Mobile uses both the Verizon and T Mobile networks. Make sure you get their SIM that works on the T mobile network. It will not work on the Verizon network.
