QuestionI'm unable to connect to LTE with this phone. Service provider is AT&T. They've tried two different sim cards. I've tried resetting the network, changing the apn settings, and factory reset. Any suggestions?

- Answer It depends on the state where you live in. Some states don't have a very high signal on LTE. This is a very good phone and in fact, I am a BLU/BOLD phone user for more than 7 years and I have no problem with this phone. It is durable and user friendly. Here in Hawaii it is very fast and easy.

QuestionI have Blu G9 Pro that will have to be replaced because it is not supported by ATT in the 4G launch in February 2022. They siad it has no HD voice capacity, whatever that means. T Mobile activation allows Blug9Pro. Does V91 work in ATT?

- Answer The V91's Extended 4G LTE Mode switch in settings must be on. Use AT&T nextgenphone API, too. My V91 works just fine on their network
