Nope! Just the color. Everything internally is the same great build from Blue on both microphones.

If you consider the color to be significant, then yes. The anniversary edition is a lighter blue and it is the only way to get that color. The actual internals are identical.

The anniversary edition is the only way that you can get the nice color. Other than that that and the designation as an anniversary edition, there is no difference.
