A:AnswerYes, and as a matter of fact, I use mine for Zoom all the time. You MAY need to go into Zoom settings to tell it to use "Yeti microphone", but other than that, yes.
Oh, and people may tell you, "Your audio sounds REALLY good."
A:AnswerYes when you use Yeti Mic as input device the laptop will not use built in microphone ( at a time only one input mic device would be selected).
A:AnswerI believe it would work fine in conference configuration, and give performers plenty of room to play their instruments. You don’t have to be right on top of the mic. Don’t know how the background noise filter will affect “air mix” of sound.
A:AnswerYes, you do need software that will allow it to work. I use mine with audio voice software owned by a company I am volunteering with to do some literature narration. Audacity would work, as would GarageBand if you have a Mac device. There are many others.
A:AnswerYou’d have to purchase the right connector from Apple. I did that, but turns out that the software I needed for the job I’m doing is not iPad compatible yet, so I bagged the use of the mic with my new iPad and use a Dell laptop instead. It can be used with an iPad, though. Look on YouTube for how to connect Blue Yeti to IPad.
