To remove gasses, odors and smoke/fumes. You would need a carbon filter. It does remove particulates that may have some of that odor trapped with it but carbon filters would be the only thing I can think of that traps VOCs and odors.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am unsure what “body odor from sleeping” means… but I use it in my bedroom. I have neighbors that smoke pot and it has really done a good job of getting rid of the smell. No more waking up at 3am having to open a window from the smell!
