• A:Answer Hello, Geeg2025 - Thank you for your question about the BlueParrott C400-XT. Yes, you can adjust the microphone for either left or right side wearing. Both left and right versions of the Behind-the-Neck style headband are included, and the Over-the-Head style is reversible for either left or right use. Q: QuestionCan this be used with a VOIP desk phone? And if so, what do I need to make that happen?

• A:Answer This headset can almost definitely be used with a VoIP desk phone. Depending on your phone model Bluetooth may be built in already, you may need to add a Bluetooth dongle, or not supported at all.

We have optimized the C400-XT primarily for smartphones or tablets running either iOS or Android. While some of our users have succeeded in pairing their Blue Parrott devices to their computers, we do not officially support this.
