However, most newer phones provide a feature that will announce the caller, including through a Bluetooth headset. You can access the Voice Assistant in your phone (Siri, Google Assistant) by pressing the multi-function button on your BlueParrott M300-XT SE headset while not on a call. The Voice Assistant can be used to place a call by voice. You can also redial the last number by pressing and holding the volume down button for 1 second (until you hear a beep).     • Answer there are 3 ways to adjust the volume. On the headset itself, the plus and minus buttons control volume. The volume buttons on your phone adjust the earpiece, when connected. Also if you download the BlueParrot you can control the volume and get additional status updates on your earpiece.
