There is no volume leveling in this headset. One minute you are struggling to hear the person on the other end, the next minute it is so loud it will blow out your eardrums. Never had this issue with a Plantronics headset. My advise is to purchase the 5220 instead.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought the S650-XT and had the same problem… ended up returning it. I’m still looking for a headset that works with the noise level in my semi truck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I thought 1st option was placing the blueparrot m300xt under my truck wheels... Then I found this and it works.... How do I reset my headset? This will reset or clear the headset’s list of paired devices and will also restore the factory defaults of the BlueParrott Button™ (voice command and mute). Power on the headset. Press and hold (6-10 seconds) both the BlueParrott Button™ and Volume Down button simultaneously until you see the Multi-function button quickly flash purple twice. The BlueParrott Button™ is now reset, and the pairing memory is clear. The headset will automatically re-enter pairing mode. If you do not wish to re-pair, power off the headset.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try adjusting level on your phone
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You need to update your firmware on this model. I have two of them and the updated firmware did the trick. If you don’t have it get the BlueParrott app and update it in the app.
