I think so because the All-In is tied to one serial number only. The only time you can move it from one Tivo to another is if it is withing 30 days.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.NO, you will not lose the Lifetime Service. Tivo will transfer the Lifetime service to a unit replaced under warranty by an authorized reseller, which Best Buy is. Trust me, I've done it more than once.

I spoke to them a couple of days ago about the same issue and that was the response. But, if you want to be sure, you can contact them at the sales division.
