is this ota/cable compatable? null

Strictly cable only. If you want both go with the standard Bolt in either the 500Gb or 1Tb model. Downside of these models this that they have only 4 tuners compared to the Bolt+ with 6.

Not sure about OTA but cable definitely. It should eliminate the cable box and DVR fees from the cable company.

cable tv, yes. but the Bolt+ does not support OTA

This particular model, Bolt+, is cable compatible but isn't OTA compatible. If you want OTA then look at the Bolt not Bolt+. If you have cable as well make certain you do your research. You will probably require additional items from the cable company to get connected and working - CableCard and or tuning adapter.
