• The box works fine. You need a tuner adapter to get the premium channels. Otherwise Tivo works as advertised as long as you have a cable card installed.

• Not sure as Im a Cox cable subscriber! You would have to check with your cable company!

• Yes, you need a cable card and a tuning adapter from spectrum. Only $2 per month.

• Yes, you can use it with Spectrum, that is the service that we have. All you need to do is call them and go to an office and get a cable card I believe it's an additional three dollars a month they will give you instructions on how to install it's pretty easy but I did have my husband install it : ) the only downside is not having access to on-demand we use the app through our Xbox.

• If they have a cable card service available (which they should) then it should be just a matter of having a cable card installed and paired in the TiVo.
