This depends if you simply want to stream or get live content and record. There are limited options for FREE streaming and for recording live content. If you do not require LIVE content to be recorded that is free because you could simply connect your antenna cable to the TV directly. If you want to record then the Bolt would suffice BUT you must have a TIVO subscription to do so. It is minimal cost 15.00-20.00 per month. However, most other streamed content costs such as HULU, Amazon Prime, Etc. However, youtube and a few others are free.

NONE. The only DVR OTA that works exceptionally well is TI-VO; $14.99 per month. It is superb, the only one that works and excellent tech support; and YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET.
