Tivo costs are $14.99/mo or $149.99/yr plus tax. The only thing you will need is an HDMI cord for the output from your TiVo to your TV. As far as input you should have that provided by your cable company (Cable Card and/or f plugs). Or, if you are using OTA and Amazon Fire Stick, they are plug-n-play. Hope this helps.
