“I currently two tv one smart one not. I need something I can record, ff, rewind and pause. What do I need to get these tv going? I do have internet. Smart TV has fire stick. I need to do away with Frontier. Will TiVo work on both TV? Please help Thank you”

Go to TiVo.com. You'll be able to add tivo to any tv.

I believe as long as both TVs have HDMI ports you should be good. However you need to have both the TiVo Bold and TiVo Mini Vox (one goes on one TV, the other goes on the remote TV). Technically the TiVo Vox needs to be connected to the Internet router by an Ethernet cable so if you can, the Mini should be placed on the TV near that one. I believe TiVo has a special Bolt that works for over the air antennas to get local programming (to record).
