• Yes it does you have to get a spectrum card which looks like the old style cards used in older laptops. Spectrum charges $1.00 per month. FYI TiVo requires a subscription which runs about $15 a month ... overall you have to wonder if getting a dvr service from spectrum would be cheaper. With this device you can move your service from one provider to another

• I went to Best Buy today and they said they have nothing thats works with spectrum.

• This works with any cable provider as long as they can supply you with a cable card.

• Yes, if you add a Spectrum CableCard you can get almost all Spectrum Select Channels. If you also add a Spectrum Tuning Adapter you can receive all channels for any Spectrum package. But Pay-Per-View is not supported. Based on service in the Spectrum Rochester, NY market.
