• A:Answer You have to have an active plan and a sim card from BoostMobile, and they don't include one. I had to call Boostmobile and have one mailed to me.

• A:Answer No, it does not. You will have to contact Boost and they will send you one for free! I tried Radio Shack, and the Boost store in my town and they both said to call Boost to get the nano sim.
