Yes, so far I've had no problems with any phone I've hooked up to it. It stays charged for a while IF you let it charge up fully. But I wouldn't recommend buying less than 10 bucks for top up. Unless you don't use as much data. But on the other hand if you're short on cash you can get 1 gig of data for 5 bucks.
