Boost mobile is a prepaid carrier,just like Virgin Mobile & Verizon there product are Locked to there network.which is CMDA, At&t,T-Mobile,Metro Pcs,Red Pocket,are GSM services so you can buy unlocked devices & put there sims card in. Hope this answer your question
