How to unlock this phone? null

You will have to call customer service.. And they will help u factory reset the fone.. if they cannot help you to unlock it. I had to do this just the other day.. They cannot unlock the "KNOCK" screen lock. Best not to use that one.

When you activate it gives you an unlock code. It is that simple .
