“This phone does not "autosize" web page text when it is enlarged....the text flows off the page vs. autosize and increasing the page numbers at the larges size....PLEASE HELP or let me know if the problem is operator error or a MISSING feature.”

This is not the issue of the phone. Go to your browser settings - In Chrome, go to Accessibility. Change text scale and check or uncheck "force enable zoom". Firefox has Accessibility options similar to Chrome. I hope that helps.
