“How does Boost Mobile work? Can I just pay as I need, like AT&T go phones? I thought I heard you need to keep buying service cards to keep your service going. I just need it occasionally as AT&T is my primary, but need Sprint towers from time to time.”

Yes you do need to buy cards to keep the service on but they have other plans you can call and ask about or look it up on there page

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had no issues with my boost service. It is a monthly prepaid service. You can choose which plan you want for the month. Decent pricing for their monthly plans.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You pay ahead for the service, instead of paying after your service month, like in Sprint or Verizon. You can buy a month and only use it for a month which is okay. There are day-to-day plans which are either $3 or $5 depending on what kind of plan you want, but I believe it works on certain phones only. I'd double check phone eligibility before purchasing daily plans.
