Hi Tori, We had the same problem. I looked through the box several times, thinking I was overlooking the manual. I finally figured it out - LG and Boost Mobile are saving a few pennies per unit by not including ANYTHING at all in the LG Stylo 3 packaging. I went to the LG website, found the support tab and looked up the manual and downloaded it to my computer. NOTE: LG and Boost Mobile - how about including just ONE sentence in the packaging informing us (YOUR CUSTOMERS) that there is no manual included but at least giving us A LINK TO THE MANUAL ON THE LG WEBSITE.
