• Its a CDMA phone locked to boost mobile. I dont think it will work outsideof the us.

• I think not. You can make calls to Egypt if you buy the international package, though.

• No - unfortunately Boost phones only have cell service in the US. I use a different no-contract service when I travel out of the US.
