A:AnswerHad only one instance in 6 months where phone locked up. Simply took battery out and reinstalled-problem solved! It's a smart phone-the mini-me of laptops. Even my high end laptop has had a few lock-ups...can you say re-boot. The Volt has a reboot feature I didn't know about...found out I didn't have to remove my battery to correct problems.
