Q: Can I store apps on the SD card?
A: There are some apps that must remain on the internal memory but most will move to SD card without a problem.
A: Had only one instance in 6 months where phone locked up. Simply took battery out and reinstalled-problem solved! It's a smart phone-the mini-me of laptops. Even my high end laptop has had a few lock-ups...can you say re-boot. The Volt has a reboot feature I didn't know about...found out I didn't have to remove my battery to correct problems.

A: Yes it has a flash
Q: People can't hear me but I can hear them
A: It sounds as if you may be inadvertently muting the conversation. Doublecheck that the mute/hold button hasn't been pressed.
Q: Is this phone Hotspot capabile?
A: Yes, I got rid of my home internet and use this phone's hotspot everyday. I clocked it's speed at 28mbps in my house
Q: does this phone come with sim card already in the phone or do i have to buy it seperate
A: Sim card is included BUT make sure you grab your SD card
Q: Can I use this phone with another prepaid phone service provider?
A: unfortunately No due to the fact that all boost phones do not have access to their sim cards
Q: What is the memory on this phone?
A: Yes, it has a sd slot I believe up to 32GB. That's what I have in mine and it works great. The phone is 1 G ram 8G hard drive only 3.93GB to user though
