• No, not at all. Sprint/Boost devices will not work on T-Mobile/AT&T or US Cellular devices. CDMA networks work differently than GSM networks. There are however some unlocked devices that handle both frequencies, but this device does not.

• The phone comes unlocked. It has some AT&T programs loaded onto it, but it will work with any GSM sim network. I use it with H20 and have had no issues.
