“Can this $25 card be used for one month and, after it expires, use phone with wifi only? If calling and text are needed again later, can $25 be paid then to restart or does service have to be continuous?”

• No it doesn't have to be continuous. Anytime u can't pay on time and service is suspended it becomes a wifi only phone. Then just top up to restart service
