You don’t have to activate the phone, you can only buy the device and use WiFi.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.All you have to do is buy the phone and turn it on. No extra money needs to spent other than the cost of the phone. I bought mine for the same reason you are and its been great
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’m not sure your question. Activate the phone with a WiFi or hotspot. If you only want to use it for your child to use on WiFi you should be able to do that without paying a phone bill but your child won’t be able to make phone calls.
