• Dont need the old sim card. Trasfer files to memory card the new phone then activate.

• No. When you initially set up, it will ask if you have a boost mobile account. Select yes and it'll walk you to input your telephone number and pin number. It's pretty seamless. Just make sure your old phone has been reset and turned off before setting up the new one.

• Leave the sim card alone. Boost mobile sim cards are not supposed to be removed or swapped. Just activate the new phone online or on the phone and follow instructions to upgrade handset
