• it would have to be unlocked. This phone is for Boostmobile.

• Phone is CDMA and not GSM, your provide would need to be CDMA compatible and most likely need to be unlocked it's not boost mobile

• even tho thereis no contract the phone is still bound to the network provider (boost). this is a us specific problem. you would have to unlock
