• It can be an alternative of a laptop but more limited. It depends on the needs. If you will need a device for watching videos/films, play video games, or using depending of what softwares, then maybe a laptop is the best option. However, if you are looking for an electronic device for taking notes, protecting the eyes, which's battery last more than a week, and besides that can perform many actions like a laptop would do such as browsing the Internet, running Android Apps, synchronizing stuff through the cloud, typing notes, and so on, then the Note Air is the best option.

It fills the gap between an Amazon e-reader and a high-end productivity tablet. The Note Air is for someone who takes a lot of notes, annotates a lot of pdf documents, needs something light to carry, and desires amazing battery life. It is ideal for white-collar professionals, academics/researchers, and graduate students. I have tried a Surface Pro 7, Surface Go 2, and Samsung Tab s6 for these tasks and none beat the Note Air in terms of weight, battery life, build quality, and functionality.
